 Support maintenance team for defining and solving machines malfunctions and application problems

 Implementation of StruMIS (Management Information System)
 Improving scrap control and optimize material utilization
 Production Planning and follow up on progress for different projects
 Collect and analyze data in order to define project status, progress, and remaining work.
The company is a subsidiary of DSD STEEL GROUPE GmbH owned by the Belgium PIRSON INTERNATIONAL GROUP.

 Generate BOM, and routing for different products.
 Re-engineering (re-design and perform prototype) for different products in a way that facilitate manufacturing process.
 Participating in: factory lay-out improvement, handling carts, jigs and fixtures design.

 Studying and spread awareness of lean concept.

The company works in the field of Kitchen Kit for restaurants and hotels(Gas ranges, electric ranges, fryers, grills, refrigerators, ......etc)

Worked as a trainee production engineer in all factory departments during my compulsory military service beside my duties as a lieutenant in the armed forces.
