➢ New gathering centre (KOC GC 31), Effluent Water Treatment & Injection Plant (EWTIP, KOC)

Duties :
o Inspection of all incoming material as per the standards
o Coordinating inspection activities at site keeping a track at progress and updating the same to client along with suggestion for improvement.
o Review of NDE and pressure test procedures
o Visual Inspection for new valves and verifying that the model and various features and components comply with purchase order description and valve specification and drawing as applicable
o Verifying that dimensions of valves and all components comply with the requirements of the specification and standards .
o Witnessing required test pressure for valves
o Witnessing functional test of actuator on valve
o Inspection of RTR pipe, piping spools, flange & other fittings in vendor shops.
o Inspection of HDPE pipe in vendor shops and reviewing material certificates and lab tests .
o Reviewing of test packages, NDT reports
o Interpretation of Radio-graphic films as per applicable code & Specs
o Final in section and issue of inspection release note (IRN)
o Final review of manufacture record book (MRB)

o Conducting inspection of received raw materials & reviewing of material test certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements
o Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions
o Inspect, test& measure materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to Specs
o Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometer
o Reading & interpretation the various drawings used in the projects for executing the work
o Visual inspection for welding & fit up for pipe lines & piping activities
o Preparing of WPS, PQR, WQT as per ASME IX & API 1104 Pipe Line procedure
o Witness for mechanical Testing (Destructive Testing)
o NDT testing as per code of practice ASME Sec V & Specification
o Interpretation of Radio-graphic films as per applicable code & Specs
o Preparing, review and approve contractors procedures, ITP's, QA QC quality plan documentations, records, method of statement, etc.
o Auditing for contractors workshops, yards, sites and documents
o Check the foundation level of the tanks before erection according to tank slope as per approved drawings
o Maintain all dimension check for tanks (Peaking, Banding, Roundness and Plumpness)as per API 650
o Check nozzles and manholes orientation before opening to be suitable with approved drawing for piping system
o Witness for the leakage test for nozzles and manholes reinforcement plates, vacuum box test, UT for repair joints and final inspection before releasing for painting on site
o Write test and inspection reports describing results, recommendations, or needed repairs
o Ensure that contractors maintain records of calibration of equipment used in work
o Planning and coordination for the inspection activities for the welding inspectors team & NDT technicians crews
o Conducting weekly meeting with contractors QC and site engineers to check quality performance issues and the progress and close the punish lists

➢ Installation of Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (LSFO), FG and Gas Oil pipelines from MMA to Sabiya & Doha Power Stations (800 km)

➢ Installation of Fuel Gas and Gas Oil Pipeline and Pumping Station from MMA to Azzour & Shauiba Power Stations
o Preparation of WPS, PQR, WQT as per ASME IX & API 1104 Pipeline Procedure
o Visual inspection for materials, fit up and welding for pipe line( 48”, 40”, 24” & 12”)
o Inspection for welding consumables, cutting & repairs
o Witness for NDT testing
o Witness for mechanical Testing (Destructive Testing)
o Interpretation of Radio-graphic films X-ray & Gamma Ray as per applicable code & client Specs
o Inspection of cold bend and micro tunneling activities
o Witness the lowering of pipeline and back-filling
o Witness for hydro-testing of pipe line
o Co-ordination with sub contractors, PMC & client to improve the quality for the activities

o Conducting inspection of raw materials and reviewing of material test certificates (MTC)
and the specifications requirements
o Reading and interpretation the various drawings used in the project for executing the work
o Preparing of WPS, PQR, WQT as per ASME IX & API 1104 Pipe Line procedure
o Visual inspection for welding & fit up for pipe lines & well head piping
o Coordination with testing laboratories for PQR mechanical (destructive) tests and all other
required tests

o Interpretation of Radio-graphic films X-ray & gamma ray as per applicable code &Client Specs.
o Witness the stringing, the excavation, the lowering and the back-filling
o Stage by inspection of blasting
o Stage by inspection of painting & coating
o Stage by inspection of holiday test
o Witness Hydro testing of flow line and wellhead piping
o Co-ordination with ADCO QC engineer & third party inspectors for daily activities
o Assist lead auditor in preparing audit reports and non conformance reports
o Preparing of relevant quality documents
o Planning and coordination for the inspection activities for the inspectors team & NDT technicians crews
o Conducting weekly & monthly project review meetings for evaluating project quality and
progress

o Inspection of Welding and NDT for piping, pipelines and plant stationary equipment including
pressure vessels, columns, drums, heat exchangers, boilers, coolers, tanks, valves and piping systems
o Carried out Magnetic Particle inspection on socket weld, nozzle, fillet weld and Inspection on machined components by using different methods
o Corrosion survey and thickness gouging of in-service piping systems & pressure Vessels
o Interpretation of Radiographic films as per applicable code & ADCO Specification
o Lamination checks on incoming Raw materials
o Visual inspection for pipe lines, vessels, storage tanks & piping
o Preparing NDT & Inspection reports.

o Carried out UT thickness survey, corrosion monitoring & as well as internal inspection of columns, Tanks, heat exchangers, separators, Condense surge Drums, Fuel gas drums, Nozzles & equipment etc.
o Lamination checks on incoming Raw materials
o Carried out Magnetic Particle inspection on socket weld, nozzle, fillet weld & Inspection on
machined components by using different methods like wet method, dry method & fluorescent
method using Yoke
o Visual inspection of vessels, storage tanks, pipe supports & piping, pipelines
o Interpretation of Radiographic films as per applicable code & client Specification
o Carried out the leakage test for nozzles and manholes reinforcement plates, vacuum box test, UT for repair joints and final inspection before releasing for painting on site
o Preparing of relevant quality documents and NDT inspection reports.
