Project Description/Scope
• DLC Headquarters Building:
✓ All buildings works including external and internal finishes and MEP works with total built up are of 25, 800M2 over Basement, Ground, Three floors and One Technical Floor.
✓ The Basement houses a car parking facility for 400 vehicle parking spaces as well as an external car park for 240 vehicle parking spaces with total area of 14, 700M2.
• Office Park Buildings:
✓ 10 Buildings divided symmetrically on both sides of the Headquarter. Total built up areas of these buildings are 293, 880M2 over Basement, Ground, Five Typical floors and a Roof technical Floor level.
✓ The Basements house a car parking facility for 2, 750 vehicle parking spaces as well as external car parks for 1, 350 vehicle parking spaces with total area of 107, 500M2.
• Amenity Buildings: 4 Buildings in the centre green area divided symmetrically on both sides of the Headquarter. Total built up areas of these buildings are 10, 000M2 to serve the offices with restaurants facilities.
• Infra Structure Works: Road Works related to the whole area of the Project Site in addition to more than 50KM of pipe line networks for different services like Chilled Water, Fire Fighting, Irrigation, Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water and Subsurface Drainage Networks, Telephone and Electrical Cablings.

• Monitor the program and facilitate execution the project according to the project plan, and lead all engineering and technical deliveries in terms of design, construction
