▪ Create policies, procedures, and workflows for integration between all the concerned departments.
▪ Integrate cost and planning with a shared level in Oracle ERP to monitor the project.
▪ Implement the Unifier in the company as a project manager for managing the project documents

▪ Estimate manpower and equipment requirements based on the company’s production rates and resource
leveling.
▪ Controlling the actual Cost to maintain the project budget and submit Monthly Cost Reports with active
solutions for all issues.
▪ Conduct site visits and planning meetings to monitor and report on project status against the project baseline.
▪ Work with the project management and project team to prepare reliable EAC semi-annually.
▪ Generate required reports and documentation as per the company’s procedures and project requirements

. Earned Value & Contract Management .
