Scope of the Projects: An EPCM Industrial Project for Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction and Installation, Testing and Commissioning and Operation of a High-Tech Titanium Production Plant, the Project consists of: HV Substations and Auxiliary Substations, Co-Metal Storage Facility, Laboratory, Store, Ore-smelting Workshop Buildings, Workers Facility, Ore-smelting three Furnaces, Furnace Transformers, Raw Material and Finished Product Handling Systems, Gas Cleaning Plant, Cooling Towers, Cranes and Hoists, Drill and Mud Gun Machine, Open-Air Storage area, Crushing Workshop, Slag Handling System, De-dusting Units, Finished Product Storage Area, Automation Package (Plant Integration System, Fiber Optics Network).
Client: Sohar Titanium (FZC) LLC

Contracts Values: 165 Million USD
• Establish and maintain the master schedule on Primavera P6.
• Participate in constructability workshop and provide viable schedule recommendation.
• Monitor/track/update progress.
• Review/comment submitted schedules by vendors/contractors.
• Review Baselines, Recovery Programmes and Revised Programmes of Contractors and Vendors and incorporate them in the clients’ master schedule.
• Integrate vendors/contractor submitted schedules.
• Detailed project schedules integrating all 3rd party and subcontractor plans with accurate dependency mapping, critical path identification and schedule optimization. Primavera P6 expertise is essential.
• Provide schedule input and feedback when required.
• Coordinate with different Parties to communicate projects updates.
• Project Control, EVM, Trend Analysis and KPIs.
• Monitor Contractors and Vendors Schedules and give feedback on their slippage.
• Suggest Corrective Actions to Prevent Cost Over- runs or Time Slippage.
• Cost management and control - with continuous monitoring of budget vs spend and variance reporting across all workstreams and subcontractors.
• Cost Controls and coordination with Procurement Department, Finance Department to monitor the committed, actual, forecasted costs and catch any cost variance from budgeted cost.
• Establish budget (direct and indirect) summary sheet.
• Monitor/track/update expenditure (budget, committed, paid, forecast, and feedback comments).
• Provide regular updates of the cashflow (weekly and monthly).
• Provide project S curves (schedule and budget), track against actual.
• Provide SPI and CPI analysis with recommendations for mitigation.
• Risk and Issue management - maintenance, update and tracking of active project risks and issues.
• Change management - implementation and oversight of an effective change control process spanning all stakeholder groups.
• Stakeholder Planning and Engagement - analysis of the stakeholder landscape, mapping of the various stakeholder individuals and groups, with a documented engagement plan.
• Communications management - including regular reporting and stakeholder comms.
• Change Management (Work with the quantity surveying services to analyze Variation Orders (VOs) - Validate the VOs in collaboration with the Consultant - Participate in claims management process - Maintain the log of all VOs and claims per package - Maintain the records for all VOs and Claims for auditing purposes).
• Project Performance Reporting (Monthly Progress Report (Shareholders) - Weekly Dashboard reporting - Ad hoc reporting for alerting and cautioning - Financial Monthly Report - Weekly and Monthly Reporting and Progress meeting Presentation).
• Delay Analysis and Evaluate EOT Claims.
