• Prepare shop drawings, material submittals and as-built drawings.
• Study and prepare requests for information for various projects, follow up subcontractor’s progress.
• Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
• Liaise with consultant and subcontractors.
• Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders.
• Approve drawings, specifications and submittals and distribute them to concerned parties.

Make Operation, Maintenance, Distribution, Tests and Observation for L.V. and M.V. network for the City, Checking the Distribution Transformers, Underground Cables installation system, Main Distribution Boards, SMDB, Earthing systems after handing over from the contractor and consultant approval, then releasing the Electricity, testing and pinpointing the faults of MV cables by cable testing van and Prepares daily report for the city status, leading technicians group for emergency cases.

- As Technical Office Engineer:-
• Studying and Pricing the Project Tenders (In addition to my work as site engineer)
• Preliminary report on the project in the electrical and mechanical works.
• Reviews drawings, bill of quantities and Specs.
• A technical report after visiting the site.
• Attend meetings of the queries.
• Get the price of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Estimating the direct cost for each item.
• Preparing the Catalogs of Specs.
- As Site Engineer:-
• To monitor, coordinate and supervise MEP site activities and sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis.
• To study all technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon.
• To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities.
• Follow up of progress planning and arranging all its requirements
• Monitoring of Subcontractor’s performance.
• To ensure that the construction issue drawings fully reflect the scope of works and requirements of the contract
• To ensure that any variations and instructions received from the client are incorporated into the latest construction issue drawings and auctioned by the construction team
• To ensure the Operations & Maintenance manuals as well as handover documents are in line with contract specification and requirements
• Analyzing and resolving field problems.
• Reporting to management
• Materials take off from contract drawings
