- Inventory control. Oversee the responsibilities of inventory control focusing on the key KPIs, development, implementation of new processes and procedures and efficiency development.

- Manages the condition monitoring customer interface including product link subscription invoicing, oil analysis system development and reporting, incremental business reporting, quoting and follow up reporting.
- Travels regularly to all branches to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed as well as people development and team communication.
- Ensures that results of transaction surveys and other marketing surveys are followed up on and all alerts are closed correctly.
- Suppliers reporting, verifies that all information provided to Suppliers monthly and quarterly reports are accurate and provided on time.
- Systems development and analysis. Ensures improvements projects and are run to increase efficiency and reduce waste are in line with CPS methodology.
- PTOS. Ensures the PTOS data base is updated and maintained, reports are accurate and all systems are maintained.

-Supervises performance appraisal for the division staff, reviews recommended actions and submits the final recommendations for management review/approval.
-Reviews computer printouts on main warehouse inventory stocks and items to be replenished various stock decisions.
-Analyses items which significantly fluctuated sales and rates and recommends which ones to be ordered.
-Amends stocked quantities on the system.
-Directs the activities of stock replenishment supervisor for branches and non Caterpillar.
-Perform any other related duties as required.
