Responsible for the integrity of the financial information and systems. ▪ Upgraded the financial and work flow process to meet the requirements of this listed company that is experiencing over 100% annual revenue growth. ▪ Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, public reporting and EFSA compliance, management and business metrics reporting, tax, treasury and general accounting functions.

▪ Supervised Management Consulting and Internal Audit engagements and met time budgets.

▪ Prepared an expert report in connection with an arbitration involving the interpretation of the financial handling of a project. Also prepared an expert report on a local case in connection with an interest of a claim holder in ensuring that, within a privatization process, financial statement cover, and potential buyers are aware of, outstanding legal claims against the Company being privatized.
