To ensure the effective progression of a project from initial contact with a client to final account in order to achieve the company's objectives in relation to service, profitability and development with a functional authority over all aspects of the progression of designated projects.
● Validates Tenders and proposals and prepares report
● Assesses the feasibility of projects in relation to technical, financial and organization resources of the company
● Develops and implements plans of action to meet client’s needs. Developing the client relationship/ developing a partnership as to meet client’s needs but keep company out of risk and in a profitable position.
● Monitor and control sub-contractors, consultants and vendors by holding updated meetings regularly and monitoring progress and consult on any changes
● Ensure that sub-contractors to be used by the project team are properly vetted and QA procedures are adhered to by sub-contractors

Manage the construction inspection and quality assurance activities. Serve as the technical representative, providing technical direction through the duration of construction, including quality oversight of contractors QA/QC program

• Manage field staff, Site Engineers, Inspectors and other construction management professionals as necessary.

• Implement schedule, cost, quality communication and decision making information tools and processes across the project.

• Support the program controls leadership team to establish schedule control, cost control, change management, risk management and reporting tools.

• Lead project meetings with contractors and client.

• Actively manage the report on the status of the construction schedule and budget. Monitor the contract progress and make recommendation to client for contractor payments.

• Work to build a cooperative partnership between client and contractors to ensure timely resolution of project issues and the overall success of the project.
