• Managing all accounting transactions
• Daily Collection Report
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Handling monthly & annual closing
• Prepare Customer Invoices and to be booked properly on the ERP.
• Review & process the suppliers payment.
• Ensure timely bank payments.

• Review and validate received inventory quantities and purchase price
• Review & match the invoice Vs. PO. VS. ETA - Generate AP aging and the dues balances
• Generate and reconcile vendor balance statements - Create inventory equalization
• Create days on hand /inventory turnover reports
• Participate in the periodical inventory stock take
• Participate in monthly closings, tax inspections, and periodical Auditing.

• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be
• accurate and immediately available when needed
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Assist with and act as the primary point of contact for auditor requests.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Preparing day-to-day journal entries Fourth Shift ERP accounting system.

Receiving the goods, inventorying them and registering them on the special system, and after that I do direct sales and then close the daily sales process.
