Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor

Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs

Implement ABC “Activity Based Cost “project to reevaluate product cost
- Pricing export product
- Analyze overhead cost and revenues and report on it.
- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
Implement SAP ERP system ( FI/CO ) module
- Auditing Costing departments transactions on SAP & support end users .
- Analysis all revenues & Expenses.
- Preparing financial reports shows the financial position.
- Preparing reports on sales, production and presentation to management.
- Analyze sales data on multiple levels to determine the most and least selling products.
- Working with management on a new sales commission system
Create standard cost for products and update it.
- Review the standard cost and actual cost to Identify inaccuracies.
- Calculation variances between standard cost and actual cost for process orders and their causes
- Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end
- Analyze overhead cost and revenues
- Perform physical inventory to all material, semi-finished and finished products.
- Prepare income statement on monthly basis
- Monitor production lines to minimize costs.
