Guide corporate account subscribers through various procedures lodging applications.

Activate lines for approved subscribers through the dedicated Business Accounts facility to avoid possible long lead times in the main system.

Manage relationships with relevant departments within OoredooTelecom who assist in the process of finding solutions to complex customer problems
