Job Description
• Managing three staff of logistics
import staff
consists of six employees
creating the PO in the SAP system
Arranging down and final payment for each PO and supplier
Monitoring the suppliers accounts
Monitoring the financial relationship between account department and suppliers
Monitoring and fix the discrepancies in the shipment if any with the suppliers
Handling the agreement with the shipping company
Receiving the request booking from the suppliers witch are more than 300 suppliers (India/China/Turkey/Bangladesh/Spain/Pakistan/Italy)
Arranging a quick booking with the forwarder
Handling the original documents with the supplier to make sure no discrepancies between the shipment and the documents to avoid any problem in clearing processes
Handling the original documents are required from customs for clearance
Sharing the booking details with clearing department to arrange the clearing processes in advance
Clearing Staff
Consists of 4 employees
Handling the clearing processes with shipping company if door to door
Handling the clearing processes with the local broker if door to port
Ensure the shipment should be cleared within 2 days if by air and 4 days if by sea
sharing the details for each shipment to do the re-export bayan to avoid re-pay custom duty two times
Re-export ( maqasa )
Consists of sixteen employees
Managing all documents are required from all GCC to clear the shipment on time without any delay
Managing all procedures with customs of GCC to avoid any revaluation
