• Monitoring activities and controlling the process from CCR (Central Control Room) using PLC .
• Operate SCADA control system to coordinate and regulate process variables and to direct flow rates of various process according to prescribed schedules.
• Read processing schedules, operating logs, and laboratory recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product.
• Set controls to adjust process variables, such as flows, temperatures and pressures.
• Responsible for tanks and its movement.
• Responsible for pumps and their performance.
• Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting and documenting operating data, and monitoring process indicators.
• Coordinate the start-up, shut-down (normal & emergency) and normal operations with lead operator and plant operators.
• Adhere to Company’s HSE policy, standards and approved operating procedures while performing the duties / tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor such as taking part in training / developing new recruits, preparing necessary reports, plant shutdown and start- up procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Responsible for charging and discharging operations.
• Continuous trying to improve the product quality and reduce production cost.
• Minimizing waste to maintain efficiency of operations.
• Start to troubleshoot most of process problems and we are under continuous learning from different issues facing us.
• Taking fast actions in case of abnormality by immediate coordination with maintenance department.
• Checking the field parameters to ensure all equipment are running properly and in effective way.
