in Preparation and
implementation of the strategic plan for scientific
research at PMU.
To comply, analyze, verify and report accurate
institutional data under the PMU affiliation from Scopus
database by resource systems
To maintain strong communication with the PMU
Dean of Research, Faculty, Staff, and Students
To assist the Dean of Research in the preparation of
annual research action plan and PMU research budget.

To establish, manage and maintain PMU D-space
institutional Digital repository.
To assist in planning innovative research projects in the
Deanship of research.
To provide innovative and creative ideas for success in
a changing landscape of research activities.
To undertake special projects and provide
administrative support as assigned by the Dean of
Research.
To serve as the campus liaison for interdisciplinary
research coordination and to organize initiatives to
establish new research activities such as forming
research group
Other duties as assigned.
To manages the learning resource facilities and
provides comprehensive library and information service.

To ensure appropriate access to learning resources and
promote LRC service.
To enrich, enhance and underpin learning and

Resource Centre (LRC) and to staff the service at times

managing the systematic collection and maintenance
of historical information and other records for Qatar
Foundation
Established systems and standards for the collection,
cataloging, archiving and retrieval of physical and
digital communication records taking inputs from
department managers.

management and ensure that these incorporate
regulations and guidelines related to the management

cataloging, a thesaurus, a list of reliable Arabic subject
headings, and AACR2, LCSH, and LC Classification.
Participated as a technical member of the committee
for the examination of new incoming material, in the
selection of the new informational material for the

cultural activities at the University of Neelian.
