material and if ok, proceed but if not ok, change date

- Making the Daily Production Program for Metal

- Converting the Job Orders to Production Card
(Contain all Technical Specifications).
- Responsible for all Drawing (7 M/Cs) And Stranding
(11 M/Cs) Machines.
- Responsible for 120 Labors, 2 Supervisors and 3
production engineers.
- Following the Daily program with Production
Engineers in Metal Section.
- Solving The Difficult Metal Section Problems that
can’t be solved by the Engineers. - Taking all urgent
Decision for the Metal Section.
- Make sure that all Metals Supervisors labors and
Engineers Following Production, Measurements,
Lean, Six Sigma, Safety and Healthy Instructions.
- Control the Holidays of Production Engineers in
metal Section.
- Making with planning department the Daily working
plan and Monthly Capacity Plan for Metal Section.
- Follow the Drums Specification with Planning
Department.
- Control the Copper And Aluminum Qty (Tonnage)
with Planning

- Manage the Daily Program prepared by Metals
Section head.
- Responsible for all Drawing (7 M/Cs) And Stranding
(11 M/Cs) Machines and following all job orders on
them.
- Responsible for 50 Labors and 2 Supervisors.
- Following the Supervisors to make sure of
Production data, Materials, and all Tools.
- Solving The Difficult Metal Section Problems that
can’t be solved by the supervisors.
- Make sure that all Metals Supervisors and labors
Following Production, Measurements, Lean, Six
Sigma, Safety and Healthy Instructions.
- Control the Holidays of labors and supervisors in
metal Section.
- Making the Preventive Maintenance Plan for all
Drawing and Stranding machines.
- Working in Shifts ( 1st, 2nd, Or 3rd Shift)
