Collecting & arranging all supporting documents for Invoice purpose
Making invoices of PAC’s and FAC’s for Client
During site visits and communication with site Engineers seek to minimise the cost of the project and enhance the value of money, while still achieving the required standard and quality. Finding out the reason of possible delay in completion of work and finding there solution in advance;
Carry out monthly valuations of work, prepare invoice of work and get the progress approved from client

Producing monthly application/valuation including variation breakdowns and negotiation of final accounts Develop & Implement standard progress measurement procedures and getting update of the work progress. Maintain and Update material tracking report and advising on procurement issues affecting construction performance;Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work Prepare and issue areas of concern report in which identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks;Prepare claims for any variations in project scope and defend any delays; Write detailed progress report of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing and commissioning;During site visits and communication with site Engineers seek to minimize the cost of the project and enhance the value of money, while still achieving the required standard and quality. Finding out the reason of possible delay in completion of work and finding there solution in advance;Interpret Engineering Drawings and models to calculate the quantity of Electrical, Mechanical Instrumentation and control equipment and material;Carry out monthly valuations of work, prepare invoice of work and get the progress approved from client;
