• Design, implement and test Documentum and Captiva solutions in either a mentoring or team engagement model. Work with other members of the team to ensure successful delivery that exceeds client expectations. Extensive experience in and InputAccel.
• Implementation of EMC Documentum products including installations, configuration, upgrades on both Windows and Unix environments (High Availability option and Disaster recovery)
• Provide onshore/offshore technical support and administration for Documentum products
• Provide onshore/offshore technical support and administration for Documentum products
• Collaborate in requirements gathering and coordinate with developers to come up with the optimal solutions and integrations
• Prepare detailed documentation for the servers specs/pre-requisites, installation process, test scripts & Documentum client setups
