• Set process flow for handling all import - export shipments by air, sea, land
• Monitor reports relating to operational performance of shipments in/out warehouse
• Ensure pick-up, delivery and shipment processing services are executed in line with service, quality and cost performance standards and targets
• Manage operational projects (Aramco - SABIC - JGC - SHUAIBAH WATER - YANSAB - Alstom - Daelium - Mitsubishi - HHI) relating to effective dispatchment of shipments on time.
• Logistics projects / supply chain with a full delivery scheduling
• Custom clearance follow up along with wide background of restricted cargos,

• Focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting /service/productivity standards, and resolving operational problems and handling disturbances
• Manage reporting, updates, follow up for all projects clearance status handling
• Following Invoicing and suppliers payments
• develops solutions to issues and problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems
• chemicals permissions and Ministries permissions to avoid any penalities, demurrage, detention
• Applying customs duties exemptions and DEL entry, registery, transfer, refund custom duty
• Assigns and checks work
• Role model to subordinates and peers, instructs or teaches others
• Provides guidance and training

• Supervising employees who perform service, production, or support work
• Supervises service, production, and support employees in Associate roles and/or lower level employees
• Schedules work for optimum efficiency and productivity

Dealing with impoters & exporters for rates update and customer services . .
