After my good acting in my previous position in managing Van, I was promoted to be responsible for all channels in Jubail and Hafar Al Batin Area.
Prepare the annual target, budget, plan, and execution strategy for my area.
Coordinate with other function teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans.
Follow up execution in the market and spend time in the field with major customers to develop our business relationship
Prepare monthly sales analysis by salesman by customer and by SKU for my area.
Follow up with every channel its KPIs and make sure it's acting good to achieve our company Goals.
Managing sales team to deliver KPI’s in order to improve sales, productivity distribution and coverage targets.
Coaching (Evaluate, Train, Improve the sales team performance and how to deliver the targets).
Prepare and lead the Sales Team Meetings with focus on results vs. targets set.
Suggest & propose the yearly forecast
Monthly report for our competitor activities
Lead sales team using fundamentals, to achieve our targets.
Follow up the team on the ground.
Motivate the team to reach the highest level of achievement.
Daily and monthly meeting to follow up team performance.
Develop and Manage both the Customer and the company’s business by efficiently implement the sales building blocks/fundamentals set.
Prepare sales analysis by customer to make sure that every customer achieve the required growth.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding my customer base.
Make good relation with top customers.
Handling the mini market customers.
Propose & negotiate the annual agreements.
Follow up company plan to achieve my targets in ( contracts, distribution, visibility and volume )
Propose & negotiate the monthly Promo.
Monitor the merchandisers on daily basis to ensure getting maximum productivity.
Weekly report of competitor activities.
Follow fundamentals (Coverage & productivity & distribution and Pricing) to develop the business in the market to achieve the company goals and targets.
Update my Journey Plan to increase productivity and efficiency.
Report any competition activities to alert the management to take the right decisions/activities, and recommend corrective actions.
