Planning and issuing jobs to technicians
Inspection and control of workshops service standards as permitted by the dealer
Maintenance of health and safety standards
Road test and complaints confirmation from the customer and feedback to service advisor
Assist in trouble shooting
Assessment and provide quotes for repair works

• Analyze current procedures and activities to identify opportunities for improvement of activities
• Maintain good relationships with customers.

• Provide advice and technical assistance to team members.
• Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans due to sickness or vacations
• Review customer service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs
• Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented accordingly
• Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities
Designing workshop layout to generate investor’s expected targets & standards • Developing policies to meet expected revenue and maximize performance • Driving operational efficiencies, raising customer service levels & cutting costs.(P&L) • Professionalism & high quality is introduced & continually maintained. • Involved in the recruitment & interviewing of new staff & Marketing activities • Identifying training requirements, training solutions & monthly investment plans

Air-frame : Study of air-frame structure type, construction materials, construction types, System : Study Hydraulics systems, Valves & actuating, controlling and monitoring, pumps construction, operation and maintenance Heating, cooling, pressurization systems Fuel systems construction, operation and maintenance brake, suspension & landing gear systems Power plant maintenance, Turbine engine operation principles, Components, trouble shooting, Maintenance & repair Piston engine principles, types, construction, components trouble shooting, maintenance and repair procedures *Week day theory coupled with week end on the job training for each module. Followed by compulsory one year work and restoration project
