1. Accomplishing all related daily reports including production daily reports, OEE reports, and plastic system-related reports.
2. Sort and define machines’ breakdowns, perform OEE analysis, and root cause failure analysis.
3. Reviewing consumable material stocks and creating Necessary PRs.
4. Control material transactions and consumptions on the SAP system.
5. Handling daily planning of production orders and material planning with the planning team on SAP.
6. Arrange working shifts for blue collar.
7. Arrange with mechanical & electrical maintenance for the needed repairs for the production machines and plan long-term needed spare parts needs for each machine.
8. Performing daily control on Hygiene and 5 S.
9. Preparation of documentation and related QDMS requirements for ISO 9001.
10. Reviewing the status of OPEX budget and making an analysis of consumable materials consumption.
11. Create a yearly OPEX and Capex budget plan.
12. Assessment of all blue-collar employees.
13. Control the scrap selling process.
14. Manage scrap collection process, segregation, and recycling and follow the scrap stocks on SAP.
15. Training of blue-collar employees through training sessions and OPL.
16. Prepare and follow the department’s yearly objective and achieve the yearly targets.
