● Maintaining system compliance by monitoring applications and policies to maintain data integrity using Protect MyTech, which is similar to Splunk.
Example: Windows defender, Chrome, Antivirus, Microsoft Patches etc.
● Access management for employee via controlled access environment using approved applications and Group policy.
● Troubleshooting out of scope issues by coordinating with internal and external teams if required.
● Operating Systems Installation (Windows + Care Package), OS maintenance, customization, and troubleshooting.

● Monitoring Ticketing Queue and email messages to respond and resolve issues/requests on time.
● Creating/Collaborating/Maintaining and Updating of technical documentations and solution articles for both internal and external users/teams.
● Compliance percentage of 95% maintained consistent with monitoring and fixing 30+ applications including Symantec Anti-Virus, Browsers and security applications.

Experience In Tools and Overseas Projects:
•ServiceNow and Fresh works (Incident and service request, change request, problem management)
•LogMeIn Rescue and Manage Engine Endpoint Central. (For supporting remote users)
•Experienced in working with Singapore, Australia, UK, and US Projects/Clients.
•Admin experience in wide range of app portals. Some of them are Zoom, Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, Monday.com, Adaxes, Slack, Cloudcall, LogMeIn, Appgate, Pulse Secure, BetterCloud, Google Admin, Mimecast and OneLogin
