Managing and tracking inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of stock, and conducting regular audits.
 Setting up warehouses and knowing all their requirements in terms of ventilation, exit gates, required lighting
and shelves locations.
 Working to deliver the remaining materials in the owner’s private warehouses using safety methods and,
 systems according to the exact standards of the warehouses
 Supervising the receiving and dispatching of construction materials and equipment, verifying quantities and quality.
 Leading a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
 Enforcing safety protocols and standards to maintain a secure working environment.
 Overseeing the maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery.
 Generating and maintaining reports, including stock levels, orders, and equipment maintenance.
 Coordinating with other departments to meet construction project needs and deadlines.
 Addressing issues such as damaged goods, discrepancies, and delays, and implementing solutions.
 Continuously seeking ways to improve warehouse efficiency and streamline processes.
 Know the purpose and follow proper operation of all safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
 Check can and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.
 Complete package/flavor changeovers accurately and timely.
 Operate a doublewide pallet‐handling forklift truck to remove finished product from palletizers and, transport to storage.

 Monitor the quality of all products or raw materials being shipped or received.
 Report any inconsistencies in the quality of materials shipped or received to management.
 Transport materials within the warehouse; stack and unstack materials.
 Sort, remove and replace damaged product.
 Sort empty pallets and shells.
 Operate a floor scrubber as directed.
 Hand‐stack and sort product when needed. Bail recyclable materials when required.
 Substitute for other employees in other job classifications when needed.
 Notify leads and supervisors of any major problems or questions, including Quality or project concerns.
 Communicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift.
 Track of dead stock materials, tools, assets based on project procedures.
 Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant inventory to maximize storage space reduce working
capital.
 Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
 Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits,
 generating savings, rationalizing inventory.
 Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock
locations.
 Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
 Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability storage space.
 Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
 Ensure materials are ready and available for project as when required.
 Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up project for whatever reason are chased and followed up
until received.
 Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions.
 Responsible for managing and running dead stock in main warehouses.
 Ensure PO orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.
 Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
 Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the inventory Control
 Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program,
 operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
 Perform any other job‐related duties requested by the head of dept
