• Published two research papers in reputed journals focused on upcycling industrial & agricultural waste into advanced polymer composites for structural and 3D printing applications; granted a design patent for an innovative compression mold that reduces the material wastage and enhances the performance of the composites. • Collaborated with PPG Asian Paints Ltd. on an industrial project titled "Proactive Detection of Crater-Causing Agents and Process Innovation for Zero-Defect Coatings" and developed a systematic detection protocol in the initial phase using instruments such as MALDI-TOF and GC-MS to eliminate crater defects in automotive paint applications. • Executed a project with Nanocomps R&D (India) Pvt Ltd. on the development of a transparent glass coating embedded with functional nanomaterials, significantly reducing heat transfer while maintaining optical clarity, targeting energy-efficient architectural applications. • Designed and developed a PU-based mold system for FLSmidth Pvt Ltd. as a cost-effective, rapid alternative to aluminum molds, utilizing vacuum casting and 3D printing for enhanced fabrication efficiency.

• Executed a project at the Laboratory for Advanced Research in Polymeric Materials (LARPM) on synthesizing and characterizing hydrogel-based drug delivery systems for controlled Fluvastatin release using advanced polymerization and crosslinking techniques. • Hands-on expertise in the operation and data interpretation of analytical instruments, including UTM, FTIR, DSC, TGA, DMA, and SEM, for thermal, mechanical, and morphological characterization.

Studied core and applied branches of chemistry including organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry. Gained laboratory experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesis, titrations, and spectroscopy. Developed strong academic foundation in chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and polymer basics, which supported higher studies in polymer science.

Covered fundamental concepts in general chemistry, physical chemistry, organic synthesis, and instrumentation. Carried out laboratory experiments related to acid-base titrations, qualitative inorganic analysis, chromatography, and basic polymer chemistry.
