• Responsible for the whole operations in the plant starting from the Natural gas inlet till the final products as main controller ( shift Operation Engineer )
• Represent the Area Authourity and apply all required procedures and operation requirements for successful work permit accomplishing.
• Intiate the -ERP-Emergency Response plan in case of Emergency including assessment of it's level and clearing.
Follow up the chemical lab samples analysis for feed gas and products & adjusting the operation parameters for getting the Maximum allowed Recovery and the Optimum Production rates.
• Trouble Shooting any operation disturbance or problem whenever and where ever it found.
• Perform Shutdown, Depressurization, purging, pressurization and Re-operation when needed for certain unit or the whole plant.
• Regular check up for the site equipments and issue Work request to the responsible department to apply maintainance for the defected part or machine.
• Check the operation parameters and variables through DCS and PLCs as, I consider the responsible for the main control room and also the Auxalary control rooms.
• Calculations for any loaded or received lPG, Propane and condensates.
• Represent the general manager of the plant in my shift, doing his routine managerial work.
• Participated in the New train of the Maximization project as a commissioning Engineer -
• Participated in Gas in trials for new Maximization train including the Refergeration package which is one of the highest capacities packages in Egypt.
• The first one got Onspec LPG from Maximization plant.
• I was able to get nill propane in C2/C3 mix increasing the yield of propane liqiud product As well increase the total plant liquids production rate.
• During construction and commessioning period, I was

• hydrotest,
• Hot tabbing ( calculating and adjusting sream velocity intire the pipelines to ensure successful hottabbing - cooling rate & Avoid cobon losses- )
• Air blowing
• Boxing up the vessels
• GLT
• CLT
Also, As Shift Engineer, I was responsible for issuing All Work permits for the new Maximization Project as Area authority making sure there is no contradiction between the Maximization project under construction and the safe operation of the existing running plant in every work permit as both plants are adjacent.
Onshore & Offshore cathodic protection, Corrosion Inspection, evalution and giving the recommended solutions for treatment
