Working in conjunction with sales department and project management to take complex AV systems from inception to completion and client acceptance. The systems include, conference rooms, auditoriums, sound and projections systems, Video Conferencing (VTC) etc. Utilizing my skills and knowledge to design video, audio, control, LAN and communications systems.
Essential Functions:
Develop designs that meet customer functional and budgetary requirements.
Generating functional and connection level drawings Design for video,
audio, control, LAN and communications subsystems, including preparation of AutoCAD drawings and documentation.
Specify projectors screens and room design.
Specify and configuring sound reinforcement systems.
Provide equipment and technology research and coordination with vendors.
Selection and qualification of equipment and software required for custom integration solutions.
Developing cabinet layouts, equipment rack elevations and, etc.
Provide continuous engineering support throughout the project, from inception through implementation.
Support the systems installation crew.
System and Equipment configuration, customer training and ongoing system’s service.
Establishing and developing long term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Providing Pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after sales support services.
Analyzing costs and sales and prepare reports for upper managements.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and solve client problems.
Analyzing work-flow & Requirements.
Advise business on best use of IT.
