I was assigned a secretarial job in the recent municipal and european elections in Greece. I worked for the preparation of the polling station and then for the counting of votes, registration of the votes to the approved books by the prefect and then delivering all the documents to the court, so they can register the results. It was a temporary position just to cover the secretarial work for the recent elections.
Office clerk for a specific programme (fixed-term contract).
I was assigned a project of typing the doctor's names and addresses in order to receive their invitation to a medical convention. The project lasted two months and the names and addresses were approximately 10.000.
After that, the company assigned me smaller projects regarding data entry.
General secretarial support : answer phones-screen/handle routine, schedule meetings and all the necessary preparations, responsible for office supplies (order, arrange and payment), office payments (bills, suppliers, professional gifts), filing and arrange the office documents, typing (letters, memos, legal documents), managing petty cash, perform additional assighnments per manager's direction.
General secretarial support, telephone operator - screen/handle routine, reception of the guests and any additional help and secretarial support for them, queries, typing (letters, memos, office documents), filing and distribution of the documents and some additional extra assignments.
I had a fixed-term contract (one year).

Trainee at the hotel's "Café Vienna", "Pergola", the swimming pool's open bar as a waitress and at the Training Office (as the Training Manager's assistant. My duties in the office was mainly secretarial).
I worked as the Receptionist's assistant and as a waitress in the restaurant and the Hotel Bar. It was a summer job during my studies.
It was my first job, I worked there for two months with only two day-offs and I got in touch for the first time with the idea of "work" and what it means to be offering your knowledge and services to other people. Altogether, it was a positive experience.
