• Project: LES VAGUES
• The project is in Qetaifan Island north in Qatar, it is consisted of 5 main plots (SM-08, SM-09, SM-10, SM-11, and SM-12). The project is spreads on a total land area of approximately 32, 405m².
• The project consists of 348 apartments and a unit mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms including all-encompassing amenities including gyms, infinity swimming pools and landscaped community courtyards.
• The public area of each building will comprise of the Main Lobby, Lift Lobbies, Public Corridors, Gym, and Infinity pool Deck.
• Project: SKODA SHOWROOM
• The project is located at MUSCAT, OMAN, it is consisted of showroom area and workshop for the car area. The project is fit-out scope which has a total area of approximately 1600m².
• The Showroom has an offices area, sales area and a small bar with its customer lounge and the workshop area consists of a compressor room for the car tire change work.
• Project: Central Prison for MOI @ Salwa Road
• The project comprises of Male and Female prison buildings and other admin and staff buildings distributed over the site.
• The project is divided into 3 zones, Zone 1 : Male prison with all amenities such as accommodations 16 nos G+1, Mosque, V.I.P units, Supermax Prison, Male gatehouse etc., Zone 2 : Female prison which includes same as in male prison & Zone 3 : which are operational support buildings like admin and movement, prison support complex, court rooms, central kitchen area etc.
