• Analyze business transactions with financial and non- financial measures
• Supervise and provide support to the Accounting Team.
• Prepare the Monthly Financial Reporting Pack.
• Manage the Annual Financial Planning Process.
• Prepare all required Performance Reports & Ad hoc Reports.
• Update the Annual Forecast based on the latest situation.
• Analyze the Variance between the Actual Results and the planned ones and identify the reason for deviations.
• Monitor each department performance against its budget and communicate any discrepancies with the department Head.
• Engage with commercial team in contracts review and improvement
• Monitor business unit performance and escalate findings when necessary
• Prepare monthly business review report which includes P&L report + variance too, Budget, investment of completion + Recommendations
• Monitor cash transactions and prepare required settlements
• Prepare weekly reporting of receivables and collections
• Participate in preparing current budget depending on sales plan, production
• Capacity, labor availability, training, expected overhead expenses ... etc
• Participate in preparing feasibility studies with other Departments for projects in
• Meet with Government Auditors to respond for queries
• Respond to Clients queries, process warranty claim
• Participate in preparing the annual investment budget and Follow up committee, Document procedures for reporting cycle
• Participate in clearing house transactions
