18. Providing the company's various departments with inventory reports on inventory balances, such as providing the sales and marketing department with the balance of the materials store, for example, to plan the marketing process, or providing the purchases department with a stock balance of a specific item so that the purchase department determines whether to buy the item again or dispose of it from the store, and provide the sales department with a balance of a specific item for processing customer order, and so on.
