Provide Pre Contract Client Side Project Management and Post contract Construction Management for the Build disciplines. Develop and lead design, pilots and prototypes for different avenues formats. Overlook the design process and follow up on the design implementation by reviewing work to ensure its compliance with the company’s design guidelines, as well as provide guidance during implementation to be delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard. Also to ensure the projects is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors).

• Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders have adequate opportunity to determine criteria guiding design, including input, comments, endorsements, budgets, preferences, etc.
• Lead the coordination with other design specializations (e.g. Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) to coordinate design requirements across disciplines for design projects of across all design stages (conceptual, schematic, detailed), as needed
• Approve the resolution of technical questions and/or concerns during the design, implementation, construction

• Lead bidding processes, ensuring adequately prepared bid packages including specifications, Bills of Quantities and Conditions of Contract, maintaining a transparent and competitive process • Lead & discuss the scope of Main Contractors / Consultants, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.

Responsible for developing & determining priorities related to projects and programs in line with the strategy of RTV. Including
verifying the standards of success and quality, monitoring performance of project teams and programs, providing necessary
support for the success of projects and managing the requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
Assists in the process of RFP (request for Proposal) issue, evaluation and final selection of RTV sustainable
design Project (Phase 3), as required to ensure best quality services and adherence to stipulated budgets.
• Participates in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and identify changes and additions in agreements
with contractors and consultant.
• Responsible for overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific
objectives and policies.
• Handled tenant technical meetings & communications to assure their requirements are fulfilled/ coordinated in
the design & construction of the project.
• Follow up the necessary permits, licenses and approvals from concerned bodies / authorities for all tenants
within the project boundaries.
• Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day basis to ensure conformance with schedule, contract documents and
project budgets.
• Review and approve submittals and Design drawings packages from tenants across the project includes :
(SABIC center for plastic applications; Researchers housing towers; Prince Sultan advanced
technology research center; Research and Development Center of Sustainable Agricultural
• Provide overall project management and coordination for the implementation of RTV Infrastructure phase 1 & 2
(320 Million Riyal) projects (Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Company)
• Ensure that the Contractor Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required meeting deadlines
• Final sign-off on Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for all irregularities, construction errors, non-conformities
• Final sign-off on "Snag List" and "Punch list" and ensure closure of all open items for innovation Tower Project
(Saudi Binladin Group).
• Prepare the Construction part of the Monthly Progress Report.
