• Greet the customer who walk-in to the counter
• Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or Debit cards.
• Giving information about our latest promotion which is running in our sections
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Responsibilities:
• Attending customer query and providing the customer right to know information on products.
• Achieving the sales target and been the consecutive performer for the entire a year
• Helping the team and the team members by attending the customer query and convert the query in sale.
• Maintaining the standard of the organization and the branding of the organization
• Building the repo with the customers and with the team members
• Maintaining the display and updated price tags
• Training the new recruits with product information and floor etiquettes
• Periodic checks on showroom stock and prepare indents for new stocks.
• Supervise housekeeping, Maintains POPs, Window display other advertises.
