Projects Involved: a) Holiday Hotel & Staybridge Suites DWC - Ishraq - Completed b) DT1 Residential Tower Dubai Down Town - Ellington - Completed c) Emaar Beach Vista - Dubai Harbor- Completed. d) Borouge 4 project ethane cracker - Ruwais - Completed e) Shk. Rashid Mosque - Dubai Harbour Reporting to: Managing Director Main Role: Overview and managing all awarded projects from tender stage, contract award, Mobilization, Procurement. Project Construction Management and successful Handing Over. Key Responsibility 1: Project Management
• Delivering the project on time, within the budget and acceptable quality to all stakeholders.
• Liaise with all stake holders (Other Contractors, Consultants, Client and internal departments) to ensure project deliverables are catered during the engineering, execution and close out of the project.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Planning, cost, commercial managers in quantifying total material and labour requirements for the project, ensuring timely order of materials, planning / arranging of labour / sub-contractors.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Planning manager in monitoring daily productivity, comparing with planned, taking corrective actions for loss of productivity.
• Monitoring construction work from time to time and ensure efficient standards of workmanship are maintained.
• Liaise with local authorities as required.
Key Responsibility 2: Cost Management
• Monitoring the respective trade project cost (cost to complete) with allotted budget, reporting higher management / commercial / estimation department cost trends in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with Commercial Manager to ensure that all variation works are captured, delays notified so that effective claims are made to increase budgeted project margins
Key Responsibility 3: ENGINEERING
• Coordinating with the Engineering Manager to ensure that all information related to technical drawings, mechanical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, technical specifications are updated and readily available
Contract value 30 million Saudi Riyals for completion of MEP works only. d) King Abdullah Sport City ( Stadium & External Works) - Jeddah, KSA ( Completed) Contract value 237 million Saudi Riyals for MEP works only e) Tadawul Project Tower(Office building including the tier IV data center) - Riyadh, KSA (Ongoing) Contract value 508 million Saudi Riyals for MEP works only
Jobs Involved: a) Luxurious Tower for Shaikha Salama Bint Hamdan (Residential tower building with 3 basements + 1 show room + 1 office floors and 21 typical floors) b) Two Commercial & Residential Bldg. (Each building consisting of 16 floors +ground floor and mezzanine floor) c) Sh. Khalif Bin Zayed National Stadium (Enabling Works) (60, 000 seats climate controlled moving roof stadium)
