- Maintaining PCI compliance.
- Monitoring, ensuring and managing the acquisition and maintenance of property based systems.
- Servers (HW, SW), PCs (HW, SW) & HP printer’s maintenance and installation.
- Imaging desktops, installing new software applications, applying patches, mapping drives to correct server/network.
- Inspecting and ensuring the maintenance of the equipment or the environment (preventative Maintenance).
- Ensuring that computer and network operations are monitored at the property, backup/recovery functions are performed on scheduled basis and administration functions for hardware, operating and application systems are maintained and completed on consistent basis.
- Troubleshooting high-speed Internet access problems.
- Ensuring that adequate bandwidth exists and that circuits are secured.
- Providing technical expertise and support.
- Installing, monitoring, and maintaining telecommunications equipment including cabling and providing technical guidance as needed.
- Maintaining inventories and managing IT hardware/software plus conducting periodic inventories of both.
- Managing IR activities to ensure the property infrastructure and applications systems are functional at all times.
- Ensuring that problems are correctly reported, routed, tracked and solved, with the system user being informed of situation at all times.
- Ensuring that regular on-going communication is happening in all areas of responsibility to create awareness of business objectives and communicates expectations, recognizes performance and produces desired business results.
- Direct maintenance of equipment and installed software applications inventory for property ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
- Enforcing that IR policies and standards protecting company hardware, software and other resources at the property.
- Determining priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to ensure completion of any property projects on schedule and according to specification.
- Monitoring processes and evaluating information according to SOP and LSOP requirements.
- Ensuring proper asset management for technology/asset life-cycle.
- Performing an assessment of needs, ensuring compliance with brand specific standards, budget and capital requirements (Capex).
- Performing on-site monitoring of all projects
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Informing and/or updating the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
- Accountable for disaster recovery and business continuity, related to technology.
- Ensuring compliance to technology-related vendor contracts.
- Managing vendors for property IT requirements functioning as escalation point for problem resolution.
