We were building a femtosecond laser source and optical amplifier. I was responsible to lead a team of engineers to drive the project from design phase to test and quality assurance phase. I was also responsible for budget justification and devices purchase and rent decision. I have built the time table specifying the milestone, deliverables, and task assignment. I have kept regularly in touch with the stakeholders to ensure the project meets the requirements.
