Projects:-  Hardah and Hawaya GCP OSP Permanent Fiber Optic Cable (Aramco) The project is providing the work activities related to providing a permanent Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Optic Cabling System for the (9) nine Gas Compression Plants (GCPs).  Shaybah Support Facilities to Crude Increment (Aramco) The project was establishing the following communications services (IPT - Data network-WLAN-CATV-RADIO) to support the expansion of industrial support facilities and residential facilities at the  PP13 & PP14 COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANTS (SECECO) The project was to provide and implement Field Communication cabinets for PP13 & PP14 Projects  Wasit Leak detection system project (Aramco) The project was to provide network separation for leak detection system For Wasit Gas Plant downstream pipelines.  Chemical Storage & Services Company PCQ-2 Project (SABIC) The project was to provide a data network & IP Telephony systems to be installed for their PCQ2 Project at Jubail.
Brief

Responsibilities:-  Manage and lead projects from inception to completion of project Phases.  Managing project initiation plan, including contractual agreements between project partners.  Creating a project plan, identify the scope and its requirements, elements, milestones, and challenges.  Lead and supervise procurement process construction activities, schedule development, budget, and cost activities.



 Monitor and control project activities thorough out project life cycle with creating daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.  Identify and register project risks and proper strategies for managing them.  Assigning proper resources through the project life cycle according to the requirements for each process.  Determine the quality policy, objectives, and responsibilities, implement them within a quality system and implying them during the project life cycle.  Ensure the integrity between project processes and project teams.  Ensure clients’ documentation &records to be updated and collaborated with stakeholders.  Ensure the following customers' standards and specifications and monitoring. Worked in a project for Installation oil and gas Instruments includes Level switches, Flow meters,
Pressure switches, transmitter, RTD/thermocouples - flow meter
* Troubleshoot, configure and repair instruments, Modules settings, addressing and configuration.
* Installation and maintenance PLC Allen Bradley (Micrologix1000, SLC 5/03), Siemens (S7-200, S7-300).
* SCADA system Wonder ware in touch, RS View, Application & Development.
* Integration between SCADA and PLC or any Modbus serial devices using RS 232 or RS 485.

Vodafone Rollout and expansion project
* Installation and commissioning of Ericsson 2G BTS, RBS “2206, 2106, 2308, 2309, 2302”, Ericsson 3G
RBSs Node B and, RRH “3206, 3106, 3418, 3518" and Ericsson mini link.

Vodafone test lab project, we accomplished testing for more than 1800 site in this project, our task in
the project is testing, maintenance and troubleshooting for Ericsson equipment in Huawei dismantle
project to reinstalled in another sites
