Responsible For:
1. Review / assess technical specification, BOQ (bill of quantity) and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.
2. Prepare Technical Submittal For The Selected Vendor For Approval.
3. Prepare inquiry documents about commercial standards, technical specifications, BOQ’s and drawings, as per company requirements.
4. Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and deliver date.
5. Review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers.
6. Coordinate with construction team and provide technical advice; problem solving.
7. Follow up with logistic department to ensure material delivery to the site to meet project’s milestones.
8. Follow up with financial department to ensure issuing the due payments to vendors.
9. Follow up and coordinate with subcontractor’s activities.
10. Prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications.

- Welder's qualification RT Interpretation & Approval according to ASME IX.
- Quality Control on Five Tanks according to API 650 :
1. Following up tanks fabrication at the factory( Vendor Shop Inspection)
2. Material Inspection at site.
3. Following up tanks Erection & Dimensional Check.
4. Inspect all welds (Lap Joints, Groove Joints & Fillet welds) at Bottom Plates, Shell Plates & Shell to Bottom Plates Joints)
5. NDT Witness & Approve ( MT, PT, Vacuum Test, Pneumatic Test & RT Interpretation).
6. Following The Hydrostatic Testing & Settlement Check.
7. Preparing QC Dossiers, Hydrostatic Test Packages and Handover to PGESCO.
- Following Up Interconnecting piping Erection According to ASME B31.3 & ASME B31.3:
1. Inspect Material (Piping, Fittings& Valves)once Receiving at Site.
2. Inspect /Follow Up Fitting up, Welding & Installing of piping.
3. Mention The NDT Required according to the ITP.
- Following Up Fire Fighting System of Solar Tanks (foam system and cooler ring).
- Following Up fire pump room ( Pumps Installation& Alignment, Piping Erection and Fire Fighting of Fire Pump Room "Sprinklers & Cabinets" )
- R/A all site NDT activities(RT, UT, MT, PT, vacuum test, pneumatic test &holiday test).
- Following / Reviewing & ensuring the mentioned ITP for each Activity
- Preparing QC Dossiers, Test Packages and handover to PGESCO
