* Design and Implementation of Cyber Security & Business Continuity
frameworks/standards/processes/procedures/policies following (ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS etc.), to
meet evolving and changing needs of Sandah’s micro finance services.
* Responsible for Planning, Designing and Executing New, Upgrade and Migration System’s
projects (Core Banking System, Applications/Databases & Delivery Channels Systems).
* Manage Cyber Security by Firewalls (Fortinet, Force Point, ASA, Juniper-SRX ) and
Network/Systems/Servers Monitoring Tools as ( Solarwinds-Orion, WhatsApp Gold) to detect &
eliminate system’s threats, and apply ISO & PCI-DSS standards & regulations.
* Monitor & Perform measurement and analysis on the Enterprise Security & Systems Controls
using SIEM, to enhance services performance and availability.
* Manage and configure communication services between branches & remote access to internal
system’s services and applications. (IPsec-VPN & SSL-VPN)
* Designing, Configuring and Managing VMware VSphere Infrastructure.
* Designing, Configuring and Managing Microsoft Domain Infrastructure.
* Design and Execute System’s Security Plans and Procedures.
* Design and Configure Network’s Switches, Routers and Firewalls.
* Day to day execution of operational tasks across multiple areas including vulnerability
management on Applications and Database Servers.
* Responsible for technical equipment evaluation during vendor selection.
* Responsible for developing and managing Information Systems Services high availability (HA),
integrity & continuity by installing disaster recovery site (DR) for Applications/Databases/Servers
Virtual Infrastructure.
* Manage the development and consolidation of the department budget within own scope and
monitor the IT department performance versus the budget.
* Manages performance & security analysis to ensure that all applications and systems are fully
functional and secure.
* Administrating IT service management (ITSM) workflows, considering IT services
Quality/Continuity as first priority.

Tasks
* Responsible for conducting Technical Presentations & demonstrations during seminars, events
& meetings.
* Lead the technical discussions & declare any enquiries during prospects/clients board of
managing director’s meetings.
* Identify customers technical and business requirements, prior to design suitable/best fit solution,
consulting with technical teams about capabilities, support business sales teams, contribute with
account managers and partners on proposal activities.
* Create internal design & configuration documentation including Network Diagrams, Servers &
Infrastructure details with technical explanations.
* Contribute with Network & Infrastructure installation, during Project’s implementations phase.

Windows Administrator

 Responsible for Planning, Designing and Executing the New and Migrated System’s projects.
 Build, Configure and Manage Applications servers, SQL Databases, Web servers, Domain Controllers (2008/2012), Proxy (TMG), Exchange (2007/2013) Servers, Core banking Applications….
 Build and Manage Microsoft Domain Infrastructure, and configure all related Server Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, NTP, Certificate, Group Policies…….).
 Migrate Live SQL Databases, Domain Controllers, Application/IIS servers… To upgrade the system’s version, or from Enterprise to Standard License, considering the service continuity as first priority.

VMware Administrator

 Responsible for Designing, Installing, Configuring and Managing VMware Vsphere(5.x) Infrastructure ( ESXi (5.x) Hosts, vCenter server, Update Manager, VMware Tools, Standard & Distributed Switches, vCenter Roles & Permissions, Network Security Policies, Port Groups, VMFS Data store, VMware Converter (P2V), VMs Cloning & Templates, DRS/HA Clusters…)
 Performs virtual infrastructure resources utilization tuning, capacity adjustments, virtual machines provisioning and schedule changes for maintenance.
 Manage VM Servers Backup, regarding to hardware system resources and requirements.
 Convert Physical Live Servers to VM machine under VMware Vsphere environment (P2V)
 Virtualize the Servers Infrastructure located on the Bank Branches, and configure all related System Services, considering the service continuity as first priority.
