Apply MRP effectively to ensure direct materials availability at the required time, & quantity, to maintain stocks at the optimum levels and Finished Goods on required time intervals.
 Production Planning Management
Set production plan to supply finished product on time, with the minimum operational losses, via maximizing lines utilization, reducing change overs, and ultimate line manning, while meeting planning KPIs
 Inventory Management & Control
Utilize warehouse capacity to provide the min DIOH, using ABC method, and ensuring timely delivery and quantities of supplies. Apply tractability & GMP procedures.
 Replenishment
Manage the Replenishment activities using proper communications methods, supplier management, and performance. Assure the product availability on time by the required quantity& quality using the necessary parameters like MOQ (minimum order quantity), Lead time to keep the inventory up to the required levels.
 Cross-Functional Cooperation
Liaise with other functions to best deliver a true change management (e.g. QA, Procurement, Customer Service) to avoid potential or resolve existing issues. Participating effectively in the business meetings (Safety, S&OP, Task Forces, GMP, Cost Saving)

Leading Logistics Integration with Kellogg Regional supply chain Team.
Organize and monitor the storage and distribution of Finish Goods.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Keep track of quality issues, MOQ, stock levels, and delivery times of materials,
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments of Finished Goods.
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

Own and lead the Supply and Operation Process (S&OP) of the three plants.
Performance analysis of sales and production and setting monthly, quarterly and annual production and material requirement plans.
Ensure proper utilization of machine, labor and time to achieve order cycle time goals.

Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning process that incorporates make versus buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, material and associated cost elements.
Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to support customer demand.
Establishes and supervises production scheduling activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules.
Establish, implement, and manage system to evaluate, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
Issue& follow up the monthly Master Schedule and weakly-daily Production Plan
Achieves financial objectives by working with management group to prepare the materials budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
