1- Review drawings and applicable documentation of the project.
2- Check material quality and verify the doc. Of the received material.
3- Check applied code and ITP of the project.
4- Prepare all QC documents related to the daily schedule.
5- Checking fit up of the joint before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing (root gap, bevel angle, surface mismatch).
6- Check welding ( WPS - equipments, quality of base and filler materials to be used, joint cleanliness and preheat when required)
7- Good ability to make dimensional inspection for piping, plate work and steel structure items according to applied drawings and client specs.
8- Check finished weld appearance, final weld size and weld length.
9- Preliminary visual inspection of joints after welding.
10- Prepare required inspection reports
