And my responsibilities as director assistant for training program :
- Technical supervision of all training programs in the center
- Implementation of the training programs Plan .
- Direct Responsibility to the heads of sections work, industrial guidance section, professional testing and the Registrar.
- Developing training programs and plans.
- Preparing the budget for ongoing training programs.
- Reporting
Cooperation in Vocational training acctivities
- To support income generation for KVT
- To counduct short training courses in different fields of vocations
- To strengthen the relation between KVTC and industries
- To manage Automative section
- Provide practical and theoratical training
- Curriculum Development
- Prepare budget
- Reports writting
- Coordination of relief and emergency activities, shelter and sanitation and water supply.
- Working with refugees communities in the field of awareness raising and building capacities.
- To ensure that all activities are carried out with comply with UNHCR and COR policies.
- Assessment of the refugees needs and services.
- Assist on report writing
In this position as Credit Extension Agent I was responsible for all tasks relating to the processing and handling of micro-credit and small enterprise development . These include:
- Identification and assistance of small entrepreneurs, of individuals or groups, according to program procedures.
- Conduction of feasibility studies, business analysis and plans for program clients businesses.
- Participating in program research activities.
