1. Supports our engineering team. Maintains files and records (hard copy and electronic) for projects, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, site drawings and other documentation support
2. Maintain engineering invoices, correspondence and tracking the status with finance team
3. Placing orders; verifying receipt and entry of new spare parts to SPECS system under supervision of the supervisor engineer
4. Scheduling and coordination of meetings and conference calls (taking and preparing meeting minutes for distribution)
5. Handling the overtime, vacations and transportation of engineering team
6. Keep monitoring the B- Safe system and issuing the work orders to the engineering team (Facility work order ).assurance of completion of work orders
7. Maintain GMP work orders
8. Keep tracking of the training for all the team and sending monthly reminder. As well adding new training when needed
9. Handling the engineering petty cash and submission
10. Keep tracking for calibration calendar and notifying the engineering team for the due calibrations.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed
1- Issuance, editing, deleting requests.
2- Distributing and retrieving documents.
3- Issuing Batch Records.
4- Responsible for all the documents for production - QC & purchases in the
Company.
5- Responsible for reviewing documents coming from other companies and to
ensure compatibility with the system of work at the company.
6- Save the results of QC. tests when their need it.
7- Making the production order and Give it to Production Management
After receipt it from Planning Department.
8- Doing all the necessary procedures and review all documents in the case
of inspection of the Ministry of Health for Company.
1- Make sure the data for each product and review.
2- Make sure the suppliers of raw materials of the product and the date of the validity
of raw materials are correct.
3- Revision rates of tests for analysis.
4- Put all this in the program of the company.
1- Responsible for workers compensation and wages and bonuses and performance
incentives.
2- Assessing the performance by the specified time period (monthly - fourth year -
half year - year) - management by objectives.
3- Work to find optimal ways to use and maintain the existing employment and the
achievement of stability and dysfunction and its continued policy stimulus.
4- The implementation of labor relations with foreign offices, social security offices
of manpower, Industry Modernization Center and different training centers
Inserting income and outcome stocks exchanging from a stock room to another, In addition to that calculating the final total to help under review, Besides checking the sales representative on what he sold and what he backed to the stockroom, All these tasks done by using SAP program.
