• Setting up a complete policies & procedures to the place related to the nature of business.
• Liaising with banks and the BOD to get the best financial facilities which helping the company to achieve its target plan.
• Monitoring the cash funds in our banks for best utilization and ensure that there is always sufficient fund for work needs.

• An ERP GAP study to ensure the durability and reliability of the ERP system and the system is fully utilised and implemented
• Placing an immediate control over Expenses & Revenue.
• Immediately placed and applied the common practice procedure to the purchasing Dept. To ensure that all purchasing items have been requested to the need of the Doctors & Centre Business and approved by the requestor and the terms of payment are matching with or cash flow.
• Monitoring the actual cash flow position and make the forecasted report to avoid any undesirable issues.
• Ensuring that all issued PDCs are having the required funds in its maturity dates.
• Placing the first Budget procedures in the center for 2016 and explaining to the staff and Drs. the importance of the budget to the center to avoid improvising decisions and guiding the management to achieve their targets as the budget is financial tool helping them for monitoring, measuring the performance, communicating tool among diff. depts. and also as a motivation tool for the staff.
• Apply a controls over Fixed Assets of the whole center and (all medical equipment)
• By utilising the minimum resources & the available staff I have placed a segregation of duties as internal controls procedures to avoid the risks of misappropriation of assets, manipulation or cash embezzlement.
• Monitoring the insurance dept. to ensure that the staff are fully aware about the service provider’s requirement & medical coding along with supporting documents which should be sent with the claims to avoid any rejection and losing company’s revenue.
• Coordinating with other dept. to shift the company to a systematic track.
• Sending the financial data & necessary reports (revenue sharing, expenses trend, net profit reports per company as well as per each revenue center to keep monitoring the revenue trend which helping the management to take the suitable decision where to increase the investment.
• Monitoring the daily working for the accounts dept.
• Sharing the shareholders for any strategic decision especially when it comes to new investment or acquiring a new asset.
• Liaising with the external auditor in the year end closing procedures and financial statement.
• Make the necessary arrangement with the lawyers to ensure that company are complying with the Qatari laws & regulations and there is no any kind of breaching to the laws.

* Maintain a general oversight to ensure the accuracy of including Cash, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation......etc. and that applicable & related controls over those accounts are actually applied.
* Review financial highlight for financial reporting in order to present monthly financial position to management
* Review and verify monthly reports & ensure the accuracy of the given financial information.
* Submission of financial reports on time and with high level of accuracy.
* Maintain a Good Banking Relationship & negotiating with multiple banks to get a very competitive rate & obtain the required finance liquidity and credit facility to run the company's business.

Admin. * Ensure that all required documentation, insurance policies, legal papers & licenses all are available & valid. Polices & Procedures are applied.

Work Outline: Managing both Planning Sector (Budgeting, It & Purchasing). And Admin Sector (Warehouse, Admin. Personnel, Payroll, and Security Dept)

BUDGETING * Preparing the annual master budget report with related narratives (involving modelling and reviewing different options) with the coordination of all departments up to finalisation, approvals & distribution.
* Monitoring & comparing the actual results with its budgeted & reporting the variances if any, with the reasons, keeping the necessary follow up to ensure that an immediate corrective action will be taken as per company policies & procedures. As well as avoiding such repetition in the future and enhance the efficiencies & achieving the company's goals as planned.

IT & ERP * Managing & following up the implementation of the ERP system along with the linkage project between headquarter in Cairo & the plant in Suez, beside the coordinating with all involved parties to ensure that everything are running as planned & complied with the implementation project calendar. * Due to my financial & accounts experiences, I Played a vital role in the ERP Implementation & shouldering the evaluation of the financial module in the ERP system & giving the recommendations to the Finance & Acc. Dept., whenever required.

Purchasing * Prepare the purchasing cycle which covering any weakness point, to enhance the work performance & reducing any unnecessary cost.
* Ensure that purchasing dept. is complying with the company policies & Procedures in each purchase transaction.

Admin. * To develop and enhance the company’s Policies & Procedures when needed and ensure that it is correctly applied and there is always adherence and compliance of it.
* Ensure that all required documentation, insurance policies, legal papers & licenses all are available & valid.
*Monitoring the expiration dates of the insurance policies of all company's assets to keep it all valid & to avoid the company any undesirable losses.

Personnel * Managing, following up and giving the necessary recommendations for all aspects and papers work starting from the staff hiring till the end of service, including extracting the staff' statistical to help the company for choosing the right candidates and also, for the staff management.

Others * As a member of the company's executive committee, I was participating every month to discuss the working traffic flow and highlighting any problems with its corrective scenario actions. As well as, discussing the strategic plan of the company with any future projects also, submitting any suggestions which lead to enhance the company's performance or profitability.

* Preparing the annual Capital Expenditure plan as per approval of the HQ in UAE. To be considered & merged with the master budget.
* Comparing the actual results with its budgeted to avoid any variances.

Costing * Setting up the cost accounting system to extract the cost for each product.
* Monitoring & comparing the results between predetermined cost and actual cost to assess the effectiveness & the accuracy of the cost.

Purchasing * Keeping a good control over purchasing transaction and ensure that company’s policies & procedures are fully complied & applied.
* The Linkage between promotions & bonus of the staff of purchasing dept. & their actual annual saving without affecting the quality.

Admin. * Ensure that all required documentation, insurance policies, legal papers & licenses all are available & valid. Polices & Procedures are applied.

Others * Acting as Egypt Branch Manager, reporting directly to the Chairman & MD who located in UAE. So, managing all the business & operation in Egypt.

Achievements. * Enhance & Increase the company’s productivity (from Bulk to retail productions) by adding new production lines by financing against a forward sales contracts.

Accounts & Finance
* Maintain a general oversight in all branches & workshop to ensure the
accuracy of records including Cash, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation......etc. and that applicable & related controls over those accounts are already applied.
* Re-Structure the Finance & Accounts dept., to organize the work procedures to streamline, speed up the workflow & increasing the accountants’ productivity.
* Present monthly financial report to CFO For (AUDI, VW, APT & Porsche).
* Maintain a Good Banking Relationship & negotiating with multiple banks to get a very competitive rate & obtain the required finance liquidity and credit facility to run the company's business & in this regard I achieved a saving of around Dhs. half million which went directly to the bottom-line.
* Cash Flow management to avoid any leakage of revenue or expenses and ensure a smooth running of operation and payment to the principals.
* Maintain a high level of control over the credit facility to the customers, and ensure that the files contain (the credit approvals, PDCs, copy of the invoices, original customers PO., monthly reconciled statement with the customers).
* Liaison with legal dept. in case of any payment problems with the customer.
* Ensure that all accrued & prepaid expenses, allowances, provisions & reserves have been considered in the month & at year end closing.
* Prepare the staff training plan & their job rotation schedule on related activities with the coordination of the accounts manager & HR Dept.

BUDGETING * Preparing the annual master budget on a segment basis, with the coordination of all brand managers of AUDI, VW, Porsche, Used car Division, Workshop, ….etc. Up to finalisation, approvals & distribution.

Costing * Reviewing the costing calculation of the vehicles, APT & spare parts with the costing department to ensure that company’s policies & procedures applied.
* Monitoring & comparing the results between approved costing method and actual cost to assess the effectiveness & the accuracy of the actual cost & to trace any deviation or make the necessary update if any.

ERP System * Implementing the ERP system ( ORION), conduct and review assigned functions and activities, evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of accounting and financial controls over those activities and to determine whether the staff are performing their plan in a compliance with management instructions, the ERP project timetable and applicable policies and procedures.

Achievements. * Annual saving of AED 500, 000 ( AED Half million) to the bottom-line.
*A thanks letter from the AUDI & VW Middle East for solving a lot of pending problems for years.
* Enhance the performance of the Acc. Dept. & streamlining the workflow.

Accounts & Finance * Maintain a general oversight in all branches & workshop, to ensure the
accuracy of records including all accounting topics.
* Review all petty cash expenses for all branches & drivers, to ensure the adherence to the company policies & procedures in this regard.
* Effective cash management & re-evaluate the petty cash approach.
* Review and verify monthly reports & ensure the accuracy of the given financial information.
* Maintain a high level of control over the PDCs and the AR. By preparing a monthly aged statement for each customer to keep trace the payment & avoid any delaying.
* Maintain a strong control over company’s fleet (1500 vehicles) in a daily fleet status from operation compared with computer system & manual count.

BUDGETING * Preparing the annual combined budget for all branches.
* Monitoring & comparing the actual results with its budgeted & reporting the variances if any.

Costing * Reviewing the costing calculation of the rent & lease per each vehicle type (model & brand name ..etc) to ensure that company’s policies & procedures applied and ensure the accuracy & profitability in the calculation.
* Monitoring & comparing the results between approved costing method and actual cost.

Car Rental System * Implementing a new car rental computer system for the company within three months, to control the company’s fleet (more than 1500 vehicles).

Achievements. * Avoiding the company from the closure & instead management increased the business volume. Change the P&L status from loss to profit in one year.

Work Outline: Accounting, Costing & Inventory Management.

Accounts & Finance * Prepare the company’s Chart of Accounts & costing centers.
* Review the CAPEX from LCs, supplier's invoices & any cost incurred, to calculate the fixed assets cost & to start run the depreciation.
* Prepare all required forms & accounting procedure cycles in coordination with the finance manager & the external auditor.
* Prepare the monthly trial balance for the company on a timely basis.
* Liaison with external auditor for the year end closing & the finalization of the financial statements.
* Ensure that all accrued expenses, allowances, provisions & reserves have been considered into consideration at the month & at year end closing.
* Ensure that the prepaid expenses have been allocated to the monthly P&L.
* Maintains company books complying with legal and statutory requirements.

BUDGETING * Preparing the annual budget for the company with the coordination of the finance manager & the production managers, in comparing with the feasibility study.
* Monitoring & comparing the actual results with the budget (amended feasibility study) & reporting the variances if any, to the finance manager.

Costing * Preparing the costing calculation to all production items (main products & by products) in coordination with maintenance & production manager.
* Updating cost figures with those in the feasibility study & with the actual cost.
* Preparing monthly costing report by all consumed items in production
* Preparing monthly comparison report by actual cost & preapproved cost.
* Preparing monthly report by the non-movement items in the inventory.
* Preparing stock count report by all inventory items to avoid any shortage, spoilage or expirations.

Accounts & Finance * Maintain a general oversight in all stores & commissary center to ensure the
accuracy of records including all accounting topics.
* Review all petty cash expenses for all stores & Dept., to ensure the adherence to the company policies & procedures in this regard.
* Review the actual monthly P&L for restaurants compared with budget.

Fixed Assets * Reconciling Fixed Assets in stores with those recorded in books for the immediate action with variance.
* Applying a strong control over fixed assets in all branches more than 200 locations (KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, Tikka, etc).

Costing * Set-up & initiate the costing accounts system & procedures for company.
* Execute & applying the costing system to KFC & P. Hut, Hardee’s Commissary center & Tikka and comparing with the actual Product Mix.
* Monitoring and comparing the predetermined cost (Standard Cost) with actual cost from the system and Product Mix to ensure the effectiveness of the costing system & take any necessary adjustment or update if any.
* Prepare the monthly Inventory comparison report between the actual stock balances and stock ledger to assess the variances if any for the actions.

Franchising * Follow up the Franchise agreements to assure the complying with Franchise requirements and conditions, such as the Initial Fee, Percentage of Royalty, transfer, Marketing expenses, Calendar sales report, etc….
*Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential and secure.

Internal Control* conduct an internal control over company's restaurants & departments. Using control procedures such as: substantive test, substantive procedures, review, reconciliation, examination, periodic count, unannounced check count ..etc. to achieve company's objective effectiveness of operations, Reliability of financial reporting & Compliance with laws and regulations.

ERP System * Played a vital role in the implementation of the Mainframe system (AS 400-IBM). Moving from Delta system.
* Sharing in the implementation of the ERP System (Oracle).

* Strongly control and follow up the cashiers in the various outlets.

* Prepare the food cost analysis report comparing the actual cost with theoretical cost taking into consideration the other factors (the prices, quality, marketing promotions …etc)
* Prepares and provides the high level management by all reports and statistical information with accuracy and on timely basis.
*Control the receiving goods (food, wrapping, Guest suppliers, etc) all goods in approved conditions & as per company polices & procedures.
* Prepares the daily comparison report between suppliers’ invoices and the approved price list.
* Prepares the receiving entry with its attachments (Original receiving voucher with the Invoice and copy from the PO. signed from all considered parties).
* Routine & unannounced check for all stores (Inventories, equipment, .etc).
* Review the salaries and wages, according with company’s polices, procedures and statutory requirements.
* Analysis petty cash expenses to Food, Nonfood & Beverage and issue the required report to F&B manager & Hotel manager.
