-Administer, maintain, and monitor enterprise Citrix environment(s) that includes application
virtualization infrastructure, Citrix service policies,
processes, provisioning, standards development,
service optimization and application.
-Manage and Monitor endpoints Security, Generate system reports regarding desktop health and compliance to make sure that they are healthy, well performed, and secure through systems (Kaspersky, Nexthink and SCCM).
-Lead proofs-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots of new
technologies
-Work closely with the infrastructure architect and
capacity planning teams to ensure a clear and
concise delivery schedule of all projects and system
enhancements as agreed in technical review
meetings.
-AS Tier II provides the second level of support to end users by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers, providing Support onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email, working with vendors to propose product, technical, or installation changes to improve the overall quality of service.
