As a Planning Part
• Planning and prioritize the production schedule for manufacturing products according to sales forecast and as per lead time.
• Coordinate with production supervisor for production follow up and to ensure job completion.
• Determine capacity of Man power, Machine and Raw Materials needed to cover production demand.
• Coordinate with other department to ensure operations between each department like production delivery, Quality issue, Machine Issues, RM availability, Etc.,
• Address issues when they are arising minimum disruption and find a solution to increase the production.
• Ensure and determine utilization of non-moving items to clear stock and rerunning of defective items with coordination of other department.
• Planning procurement of raw material according to consumption by determining the stock level, reorder point and maximum stock level.
• Analysis report of material consumption for each month.
• Making monthly reports (KPI) - Machine utilization, Productivity, wastage analysis and OEE.
• Coordinate with suppliers for the product development.
• Coordinate with Quality department to solve in house issue, customer issue and to fulfill audit requirements.
As an Estimation part
• Receiving Enquiries from sales team and respond according to the product specification and material availability.
• Preparing BOM according to the product specification.
• Reconciliation with BOM and actual cost and reduce the issue between standard and actual cost.
In SAP S4 HANA
• Run MRP on plant wise / item wise on daily basis.
• Convert Planned order to production order in sap.
• Release production order after checking the production version - RM and Operation.
• Execute production once release the order.
• Post PRV in SAP after production has been done.
• Run MRP for raw materials on weekly basis for the procurement purpose.
✓ Planning and execution of customer requirement within deadline.
✓ Good understanding of Design Drawing and specification.
✓ Ensured that the project is being executed in compliance with the specific plans and specifications of the project.
✓ Preparing work packages, inspecting and identifying required material and equipment.
✓ Monitoring production details on hourly basis and maintain the data in uph sheet.
✓ Co-ordinate with production team for the meeting on daily basis and reporting the team about issues.
✓ Analyze, solve and make counter measure for the problem and report to the managerial level.
✓ Making trend chart and pie chart for the monthly report about production improvement, training for the assistants and upload to the GMS.
✓ Proper maintenance of compressor and water supply by daily check up sheet using specification.
✓ Maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic machine by preventive maintenance plan.
✓ Maintain and control the process through control plan, work instruction and check sheet.
✓ Capacity plan for the man, machine and time for weekly, monthly and yearly basis depends on customer yearly production.
✓ Man power allocation and Man power control through effective production.
✓ Maintain tool condition by following regular check up sheet and daily check up sheet and reporting to the manager.
✓ Avoid rejection parts through proper maintenance of tools and by maintain proper tool spares
✓ Ensure minimum quantity of spares is maintained.
