- Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings.
- Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each Assignment
- Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
- Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.

11- Providing our subcontractors company training in the project roll-out, installation and deployment procedure in order to meet our target in given time within the time frame .
- Responsible for defending the overall Project scope Work (SOW).
- Follow up the project activity for the CCTV installation, and to meet the time plan.
- Time estimation for the overall project in order to meet customer satisfaction.
- Cost estimation for the overall project in order to work within the given budget and not exceed the project cost.
- Coordinate with our costumer to create new job opportunity.
- Scalability, Interoperability and Portability analysis for overall projects.
- Meet out costumer demands by flowing up the Quality standard and Quality assurance QA & Quality Control.
- Provide our subcontractors company training in the project roll out, installation and deployment procedures in order to meet our targets in given time and within the time frame.
- Leading the project team and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Output overall project plan and time line and share it with Subcontractor PM.
- Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.
- Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
- Setup weekly meeting with subcontractors in order to ensure project efficiency.
- Identifying customer requirements, and demand and output bill of quantity.
- Designing systems and products, and send requirements to our providers to assure our clients requirements.
- Reading design specifications and technical drawings, so we can fallow up international standards.
- Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
- Communicating with clients and contractors in order to transfer the messages.
- Designing and conducting tests for our technical products in order to ensure products quality.
- Connecting Electrical part for the elevator.
- Follow up and coordinating with our clines for elevator installation time and share the plans to the team.
- Identify every team leader task and explain how to ensure proper installation and safety procedures.
- Configure and commissioning the elevators and ensure timing.
- Make sure for those elevators is meet international safety concepts.
- Provide monthly Maintenance and inspection for the elevator.
- Promote and provide presentation to clients for our products.
