Respond to E-mails for Escalated issues.
•Daily meeting with Supervisors.
•Provide guidance and training to the team.
•Review outstanding items and follow up with supervisors/staff.
•Manage and record Staff attendance and absence.
•Coordinate with business team and project team for operational issues.

•Taking care of corporate website layout, design and coding.
•Set up work practices implementing standards and quality monitoring in IT, during development, implementation and daily use.
•Develop test strategies and detailed test plans, including major milestones, project duration and resource requirements. Secure business and development team approval.
•Control test execution by monitoring the team’s adherence to the test strategy and test scripts.
•Co-ordinate the hand-over of testing to business users who will complete user acceptance testing.
•Ensure that business users are involved in the testing process and uses in-depth testing expertise to guide Test Analysts
