During my work I am responsible for managing private business along whole Riyadh city
I am managing Sales Target about 22 Million Saudi Riyal through 7 medical reps and Key account Manger and I was reported directly to Central area Sales manager
During my work, I share the success of the company to reach No 3 in Saudi Market private sales and no 1 in Ophthalmic Sales and I am responsible for the following points:
• Responsible for all Ophthalmic portfolio in private market regarding to promotion of existing com-pany products, lunching new company products.
• Coaching & developing of medical representatives to achieve their objectives.
• Conducting Av action and symposium
• Managing 7 Medical reps and one Key Account through coaching, counselling, directing, support and motivation in order to help them to achieve the sales objectives
• Managing daily activity of the reps through automatic sales force effectiveness system
• Managing promotional expenses and personal expenses of the team.
• Conducting and managing marketing campaigns, as well as sales campaign and OTC sales activity
• Key account management with top accounts and KOL through my single visits.
• Managing the annual deals of all customers Hospitals, Pcs, Chain Pharmacies and Sub agents
• Transfer market Dynamics and competitor activity to the company
responsible for Total private Business in Eastern Area ( Dammam, Khobar, Hofouf and Jubail)
responsible for 19 Milion saudi Riyal
Directly reporting to National Sales Manager
Responsible for Geographic area consist of Makkah, Taif and Al Baha
with 7 Medical reps reporting to me target around 15 Miliion Saudi Riyal
directly reporting to Remote west area sales Manager
work in different therapeutic area CVS, GIT, derma, Ophtha, cosmo and Antibiotic
