As a Service Delivery Engineer, my role is to work within a strong, technical and high profile team.
We are taking responsibility for managing service level agreements by ensuring that all services delivered according to contractual commitments.
We enjoy working closely with customers and understanding how to manage customer relationships to achieve the best results.

On daily basis, we communicate with various customers (by e-mail and phone), resolve support, and change requirement issues starting from:
• Problem assessment and gathering details.
• Reproducing the problem and analyzing the causes.
• Resolving the problem (on database level, server settings, resolving bugs).
• Designing a solution, and forwarding the new solution to development team after which follow-
up needed:
1. Wait for the solution.
2. Test it and deliver it to the customer by arranging deployment on customer servers/environment.
For a year, I worked as Cloud Operation Engineer at DETASAD Saudi Arabia, and I moved to Cloud Services Delivery as a technology solutions provider,
During this period, we succeeded in operating more than 3 major projects, including the creation of solution hosting ready environment from ground up for several systems both Linux and Windows servers using Redhat Openstack Platform as a cloud management tool,
Also as a part of a team, I worked to find suitable solutions for software and cloud services solutions such as creating a database, Applications and web hosting environments and following up with every operational problems of existing projects, including:
Virtual Machines Problems (Virtual Machines)
System troubleshooting.
Network problems from disconnectivity to ISP communications.
Security & Firewalls troubleshooting.
Currently, I’m in Microsoft study path of Windows MCSE certificate track and I am very ambitious to complete “MCSE: Private Cloud” certificate this year.
